PROGRAM
DAY 1: Departure from Sofia at 07:00 a.m. Crossing the Kulata checkpoint. Free time and a walk with the city of Thessaloniki. Arrival at the hotel in the late afternoon. Accommodation. Free time. Overnight stay
DAY 2: Breakfast. Free day for beach and entertainment. Dinner. Club visits with DJ and 1 drink included. Overnight stay.
DAY 3: Breakfast. At 12:00 o'clock departure back to Bulgaria.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Expenses of a personal nature;
MINIMUM NUMBER OF TOURISTS: 45
The package price is calculated for 45 full-paying tourists, departing from Sofia. In the case of fewer tourists, or departure from another populated place - the surcharge is calculated according to the number and kilometers.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Valid identity document - identity card or foreign passport, minimum 6 months validity from the date of departure for Bulgarian citizens.
For children under 18 years of age, traveling with one parent or without parents - Notarized declaration that the parents agree to the child traveling outside Bulgaria - original + 1 copy + child's passport, copy of the birth certificate, copy of the photo page in the passport . There are no sanitary and visa requirements for entering the Republic of Greece.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: Deposit 30% upon enrolment. The amount up to 50% -01/02/2023. Full payment up to 30 days prior to departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The user has the right to cancel the trip without penalty until the day following the day of registration and deposit.
In case of refusal of travel and termination of the contract by the User, the Tour Operator does not deduct penalties under the following conditions:
When quarantine is imposed for entering the country of travel from Bulgaria or for entry from the country of travel to Bulgaria (your money is 100% refunded without deductions, fines, penalties!).
When declaring a State of Emergency in connection with COVID-19!
If some of the travelers or their close relatives are found to be infected with COVID-19 up to 14 days before departure – a positive PCR test (your money is 100% refunded without deductions, fines, penalties!).
In all other cases of travel refusal and termination of the contract by the User, the Tour Operator shall deduct a penalty as follows:
From the day following the day of registration to the 60th day before the departure date - 10% of the basic price of the trip per tourist.
From the 59th day to the 15th day before the departure date - 30% of the basic price of the trip per tourist.
From the 14th day to the date of departure – 100% of the total price of the trip per tourist.

The tour operator recommends its customers to take out "Travel Cancellation" Insurance under Article 80, Paragraph 1, Item 14 of the Tourism Act, covering the costs of cancellation of the trip, shortening and interruption of the trip due to health reasons of the traveler or his relatives
The insurance is voluntary and is concluded on the day of signing the contract for an organized trip in the agency where the registration takes place. The tour operator does not refund the insurance amount if the excursion is not carried out
Persons up to 5 years old and from 64 to 74 years old have an additional payment for copper. insurance in the amount of BGN 4.00 per person for the stay. Persons aged 75 to 80 have an additional payment for medical insurance of BGN 8.00 per stay.
The insurance company does not insure persons over 85 years old. Tourists from 80 to 84 years old can be insured for €2,000 against the amount of BGN 4.00 per day.
The tour operator is not responsible and does not refund tourists who are refused
access to Greece due to: ban on leaving the country, invalid /forgotten/ documents or other reasons independent of the tour operator!
NOTE: The price is valid for accommodation of 2 or 3 tourists in a room. Single
accommodation is not offered. The tour operator reserves the right to change the days of the announced additional excursions, depending on the offer of the Turkish colleagues. Information about the trip itself: The starting and ending stops are fixed in advance in the program and the contract, and additional stops on the territory of the city of Sofia are not made. Boarding the bus is on a first-come, first-served basis. The stops during the journey are scheduled in advance - on average about 3 hours apart. If necessary, of course, it stops, but only those in need get off /.
*FUEL TAX - In the event of a drastic increase in the price of fuel, taxes, ferry tickets, port fees, etc. transport costs, referring to item 3.1 of the General conditions for traveling with Nova Tours BG, it may be necessary to introduce a "fuel fee". The exact amount will be determined up to 20 days before the departure date, but will not exceed 8% of the package price. The prices for this program are calculated in October 2022.
